How it Works
Moxie Barbell is an online strength coaching brand that exists to help you reach your strength goals. With the help of a knowledgeable and passionate strength coach, you’ll learn to follow a progressively overloaded strength training program optimized to help you build muscle! Receive form feedback on your compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, lunges, and more) and grow to become the best lifter that you can. Moxie Barbell knows that strength is never a weakness!

1. Discovery Call
Free introductory call to learn more about strength training with Moxie Barbell, our coaching techniques for building muscle, and discover the online strength coaching approach that’s right for you.

2. Establish Baseline
Introductory call with your coach to review your training history, current training max, experience in the gym, strength training equipment access, and more! We’ll learn more about everything you’ll need to build muscle and walk you through our onboarding process.

3. Program Design
Your coach will construct an individualized strength training and/or nutrition plan based on the information discussed during the introductory call. Strength training programs can be accessed via our custom online coaching portal.

4. Execution
Get started with your new strength training program(s)! You’ll submit daily and weekly training check-ins, training videos, and send messages in your portal. Your coach can provide feedback on your compound lifts, adjust strength training programming, and provide support to help you succeed.
