How it Works
Moxie Barbell is an online nutrition coaching brand that will help you reach your nutrition goals while developing a healthier relationship with food. We’ll work together to build long lasting nutrition habits that will help you reach your goals of weight loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition. With the help of a knowledgeable and passionate nutrition coach, you’ll learn to leverage your individual strengths to build a healthy lifestyle that fits your unique needs so that you stay consistent. You’ll learn small strategies that will make a big impact such as using macro tracking as a tool for data collection, learning to meal prep, and incorporating more protein into your diet!

Free introductory call to learn more about Moxie Barbell, our nutrition coaching techniques, and discover the nutrition approach that’s right for you.

2. Establish Baseline
Introductory call with your coach to review your current diet, eating habits, relationship with food, snacking habits, stress levels, support system, and more! We’ll learn more about everything you’ll need to thrive and walk you through our nutrition coaching onboarding process.

3. Program Design
Your coach will construct an individualized nutrition plan based on the information discussed during the introductory call. All nutrition programs can be accessed via our custom online coaching portal.

4. Execution
Get started with your new nutrition program(s)! You’ll submit daily and weekly nutrition check-ins, training videos, and send messages in your portal. Your coach can provide feedback about eating habits, adjust macros, and provide support to help you gain muscle, lose fat, or accomplish body recomposition.
