Moxie Barbell is an online strength, nutrition, and health mindset coaching company that exists to help you strive towards the healthiest version of yourself and build habits that excite you, help you grow, and reach your goals. With the help of a knowledgeable and passionate strength and nutrition coach, you’ll learn to leverage your individual strengths to build a healthy lifestyle that fits your unique needs so that you stay consistent. Our goal is to help you discover how to make fitness a sustainable and enjoyable part of your life!

Free introductory zoom call to learn more about online coaching with Moxie Barbell. Find out if virtual strength and nutrition coaching is right for you.

2. Establish Baseline
Online introductory call with your coach to review your training history, eating habits, stress levels, support system, and more! We’ll learn more about everything you’ll need to thrive and walk you through our virtual onboarding process.

3. Program Design
Your online coach will construct an individualized training and/or nutrition plan based on the information discussed during the introductory call. All programs can be accessed via our custom online coaching portal.

4. Execution
Get started with your new program(s)! You’ll submit daily and weekly check-ins, training videos, and send messages in your online portal. Your coach can provide feedback, adjust programming, and provide support to help you succeed.
