How it Works
Moxie Barbell is an online health behavior change expert. Our coaches will help you establish a growth mindset and help you stack habits that will help you reach your goals. With the help of a knowledgeable and passionate habit and mindset coach, you’ll learn to leverage your individual strengths to build a healthy lifestyle that fits your unique needs so that you stay consistent. Our goal is to help you discover how to make fitness a sustainable and enjoyable part of your life by building long lasting habits!

Free introductory call to learn more about Moxie Barbell, our mindset and habit coaching techniques, and discover the approach that’s right for you.

2. Establish Baseline
Introductory call with your coach to review your stress levels, support system, current habits, mindset, motivation sources, and more! We’ll learn more about everything you’ll need to thrive and walk you through our habit and mindset coaching onboarding process.

3. Program Design
Your coach will construct an individualized habit and mindset coaching plan based on the information discussed during the introductory call. All programs can be accessed via our custom online habit and mindset coaching portal.

4. Execution
Get started with your new habits! You’ll submit daily and weekly habit and mindset check-ins, training videos, and send messages in your portal. Your coach can provide feedback about habit adherence, work on your mindset, and provide support to help you succeed in building healthy habits.
